Accountancy Diploma/Degree, 5+ years of experience in a similar role, excellent leadership skills, and experience with ERP systems

2-5 years of experience in a similar role, excellent IT skills, and critical thinking skills

5-10 years of experience in electronics development, senior leadership experience, and deep understanding of end-to-end electronics development flow

2-4 years of experience, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or Finance, strong communication skills

Proven senior management experience, technical leadership, and ability to drive innovation and quality

Diploma or degree in IT or related field. Network/server/user support experience. VMware, Windows server, and Active Directory knowledge

Valid drivers license, ERP systems experience (Dynamics preferred), and a proven track record in a manufacturing environment are required

Strong academic background, 7+ years of experience in electronics design engineering, strong competence in analogue, digital and mixed signal electronics design and analysis

HNC/equivalent or equivalent experience. Optical/sci. environment experience preferred. Strong manufacturing understanding and teamwork skills
