Finance Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Financial Operational expert to lead the International transactional finance function for Optos group entities. This includes building and developing a high-performing team, partnering with Group Finance, Tax, Treasury and local finance contacts, and driving automation and consistent ways of working to ensure accurate, timely and compliant transactional processes.

Requirements

• Accountancy Diploma/Degree or Professional qualification with strong working knowledge of accounting principles, transactional accounting and VAT regimes across jurisdictions
• Demonstrable relevant experience in a similar role, within a large International business
• Excellent leadership, communication & organisational skills
• Excellent people leadership skills with the ability to engage and build a strong team
• Focused on delivering operational excellence within structured timeframes
• Experience and knowledge of ERP systems and process flows gained at key user/project lead level
• Previous experience of leading the development and improvement of processes/systems
• Previous experience of MS Dynamics systems and MS Power Tools beneficial
