Network Reliability Engineer

OCI is seeking a Network Reliability Engineer to build and operate services that enhance the availability of the Oracle Cloud Network Infrastructure. The successful candidate will apply an engineering approach to measure and automate a network's reliability to align with Organization's service-level objectives, agreements, and goals.

Requirements

• Support the deployment and operations of a large-scale global Oracle cloud computing environment
• Use and contribute to procedures and tools to develop and safely execute network changes
• Contribute to enhancing cross-organizational operational runbooks
• Assist with onboarding new team members
• Provide break-fix support for network events, collaborate with team members on event remediation, and contribute to post-event root cause analysis
• Develop scripts to automate routine tasks for teams and business units
• Coordinate with network automation and monitoring service teams to test and implement new operational tools and services
• Build dashboards to represent and review network performance data
• Participate in an on-call rotation
