Network Reliability Engineer

OCI is seeking a Network Reliability Engineer to build and operate services that enhance the availability of the Oracle Cloud Network Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in network operations, protocols, and services, as well as scripting and automation skills.

Requirements

• Support the deployment and operations of a large-scale global Oracle cloud computing environment
• Use and contribute to procedures and tools to develop and safely execute network changes
• Contribute to enhancing cross-organizational operational runbooks
• Assist with onboarding new team members
• Provide break-fix support for network events, collaborate with team members on event remediation, and contribute to post-event root cause analysis
• Develop scripts to automate routine tasks for teams and business units
• Coordinate with network automation and monitoring service teams to test and implement new operational tools and services
• Build dashboards to represent and review network performance data
• Participate in an on-call rotation
