Requirements

• Localize and implement change management strategies and plans.
• Build strategies to support adoption of changes required by a project or initiative.
• Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness.
• Identify development opportunities for change sponsors.
• Have financial responsibility to deliver change management projects on time, on budget, and in scope.
