Job Description
This role requires up to 85% travel. Candidate must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Federal Security Clearance. As a Senior Organizational Change Consultant, you will deliver the Change Management strategy to multiple sites and create and execute adoption tactics to customer stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field experience
- At least 6 years total related work experience
- Change management and/or project management experience
- Health care information technology (HCIT) consulting with a major healthcare organization or large-scale IT transformation project
