We are looking for a creative engineer to solve complex technical puzzles as our Advanced Services Engineer. As a member of the Support organization, you will deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while serving as an advocate for customer needs.

• Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means
• Technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for Electronic Support Services
• Provide advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues
