Technical Analyst -Support

Are you a problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting investigations? We're looking for a Technical Solution Analyst I to drive success as part of our International Support team, providing functional and technical expertise to our clients, performing troubleshooting investigations in front- and backend applications, and communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare or related field or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong in SQL
• Fluent English
• Willing to work from the Agadir office 5 days per week
