Telesales Business Development Representative II will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining successful relationships with Oracle customers, identifying and qualifying opportunities to support sales account strategies and solution-based growth. The role includes executing effective sales campaigns, cold-calling, and working with customers to understand and meet their needs to achieving pipeline generation and ARR targets.
Requirements
- Ability to persuasively articulate Oracle NetSuite’s value proposition and key differentiators
- Integrate with inside sales representatives and field sales account managers to develop go-to-market and account strategies
- Effective sales, marketing, and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all audience levels
- Prior experience establishing account presence and building trust with key contacts is preferred
- Ability to understand customer's industry and core business processes
- Ability to understand and describe how Oracle’s product solutions and features can address business issues
- Willingness to work in a fast-moving, dynamic and team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule
