
Job description
The Project Manager- IT Change Management will be responsible for coordinating change management for DT IT applications production deployment on international and French perimeters. This includes ensuring formalization and implementation of service level commitments, analyzing changes, and managing the Change Advisory Boards.
The role involves analyzing changes, managing the Change Advisory Boards, organizing post-implementation reviews, contributing to change management processes, and managing key performance indicators.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, interpersonal skills, and a can-do attitude. They will be able to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with a team, and contribute to the continuous improvement of OBS IT Applications' Quality of Service.
