The Field Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing Bikes, BSUs and Batteries Tickets and field operations of battery swapping network and lead squad supervisors and ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of operations in multiple locations.
Requirements
- Manage and supervise a team of Area Operations Managers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Manage BSUs installation.
- Train Partners to support in field operations and maintenance.
- Manage all network tickets (BSUs, batteries and users).
- Coordinate logistics, resources, and timelines to ensure smooth and efficient BSUs installation.
- Oversee the installation and setup of BSUs, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
- Oversee the field operations ensuring compliance with operational processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize downtime, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs to track operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Supply Chain, Product Operations, and Customer Experience, to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits on operations to ensure compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure effective staffing and scheduling of operations, managing resources and workload allocation to meet operational needs.
- Provide training and development opportunities to Squad Supervisors, supporting their professional growth and enhancing their leadership skills.
- Implement and maintain SOPs, ensuring efficiency.
