• Significant global HR generalist experience
• Proven track record as an HRBP
• Strong business acumen
• Strong working knowledge of HR practices and employment frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to build credible relationships and operate effectively at all organisational levels
• Skilled in coaching, influencing and constructively challenging leaders
• Ability to translate business strategy into people-focused solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in HR systems and technologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
