Job Description
Orchard is seeking a Director of Product Management to help unlock new and innovative ways to scale the business and deliver a seamless experience to consumers in the marketplace. The ideal candidate has experience building impact-driving products in a growth stage company and is comfortable vibe coding product prototypes.
Requirements
- 4+ years B2C experience in Product Management
- Experience independently conducting user interviews in order to solve the right problems
- Strong analytical capabilities – experience defining metrics, measuring performance, and using data to inform decision-making
- Track record of taking ownership of large, cross-functional projects
- Experience in cross-team collaboration: working effectively with engineers, designers, marketers, operational teams, and senior leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and can synthesize testing and learnings to share with stakeholders and executive leadership
