Director of Product Management

Orchard is seeking a growth-minded Director of Product Management to help scale its business and deliver a seamless experience to consumers in its marketplace. The ideal candidate has experience building impact-driving products in a growth stage company and is comfortable vibe coding product prototypes.

Requirements

• 4+ years B2C experience in Product Management
• A track record of challenging the status quo and proactively suggesting new ideas to tackle on your roadmap.
• Experience independently conducting user interviews in order to solve the right problems
• Strong analytical capabilities – experience defining metrics, measuring performance, and using data to inform decision-making
• A track record of taking ownership of large, cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-team collaboration: working effectively with engineers, designers, marketers, operational teams, and senior leadership to deliver high impact work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and can synthesize testing and learnings to share with stakeholders and executive leadership
