Mortgage Loan Officer

Orchard Mortgage is an innovative mortgage services provider offering seamless and delightful home buying transactions. The Mortgage Loan Officer will build relationships with Orchard Agents and customers to win their future loan business through unique products and services.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years experience with lending experience and an active NMLS license or registered in Arizona
• Strong consultative sales skills
• Passion for customer service and relationship building
• Deep knowledge of guidelines pertaining to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA
• Ability to provide high quality pre-approvals/pre-qualifications
