Job Description
Orchard Mortgage is an innovative environment that provides mortgage services to Orchard's real estate customers. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will build excellent relationships with Orchard Agents and customers, win their future loan business, and provide a seamless and delightful home buying transaction.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years experience with lending experience and an active NMLS license or registered (Tennessee required)
- Strong consultative sales skills to get our customers the best financial outcome and help them understand the programs available to them
- A passion for customer service and relationship building with keeping both our customers and agents in the loop on what is going on, even if that is after hours or on a weekend.
