Job Description
Orchard Mortgage is an innovative environment that focuses on constant improvement, transparency, and teamwork. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for building excellent relationships with Orchard Agents and customers, providing mortgage services, and working collaboratively with other teams across the Orchard ecosystem.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years experience with lending experience and an active NMLS license or registered (Texas required)
- Strong consultative sales skills
- Passion for customer service and relationship building
- Deep knowledge of guidelines pertaining to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA
- Ability to provide high quality pre-approvals/pre-qualifications
- Technology savvy with the ability to learn and work with new systems
