Mortgage Loan Officer

Orchard Mortgage is an innovative environment, with a focus on constant improvement, transparency, and teamwork. The role will provide leads from top producing agents in our markets and requires building excellent relationships with both Orchard Agents and Orchard customers.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years experience with lending experience and an active NMLS license or registered (Texas required)
• Strong consultative sales skills to get our customers the best financial outcome and help them understand the programs available to them
• A passion for customer service and relationship building with keeping both our customers and agents in the loop on what is going on, even if that is after hours or on a weekend.
• Deep knowledge of guidelines pertaining to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA with the ability to provide high quality pre-approvals/pre-qualifications
• Technology savvy with the ability to learn and work with new systems especially as the mortgage world progresses.
