Mortgage Loan Officer

Orchard Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to build relationships with Orchard Agents and customers, providing mortgage services and offerings to provide a seamless home buying transaction.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years experience with lending experience and an active NMLS license or registered (California required)
• Strong consultative sales skills
• A passion for customer service and relationship building
• Deep knowledge of guidelines pertaining to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA
• Technology savvy with the ability to learn and work with new systems
• Experience with Blend and Byte (or similar systems)
