Job Description
Orchestra is seeking an Associate Director or Director of Influencer and PR with 5-8 years of experience to manage overarching strategy and client relationships, concept novel initiatives, and oversee a team of junior staffers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-8+ years of relevant experience within the influencer marketing and earned PR spaces (agency or in-house)
- Ability to understand clients' businesses and provide counsel and guidance
- Proven track record of developing strategic influencer and press campaigns that achieve client goals and KPIs
- Ability to manage expectations and set goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across disciplines
