Vice President, Impact

BerlinRosen is a fast-growing, full-service communications firm seeking a Vice President to lead strategy and manage account teams advancing fights in areas including health equity, workers’ rights, racial justice and equity, economic justice, gender justice and environmental justice.

Requirements

• Lead strategic conversations and advance the communications strategy for multiple high-profile client accounts
• Develop and oversee integrated campaigns that leverage public affairs, earned media, paid media and digital tactics
• Directly manage and mentor staff and provide overall strategic direction and feedback
• Collaborate closely with the Impact management team to develop and inspire our team of strategists
• Help our practice win new business and proactively expand our relationships
