Requirements
- Previous high-volume restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with Windows/Office and POS systems (Aloha, OLO, Compeat Radar)
- Ability to stay cool under pressure while coordinating a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a 55-hour week, including weekends and holidays
- Valid Driver’s License, food safety/alcohol certifications
