Job Description
Join Oregano’s Pizza Bistro as a Restaurant Manager to lead teams and drive excellence in daily operations. You’ll manage shift staffing, execute standards of service, and lead daily pre-shift meetings. Experience in high-volume restaurant management is preferred.
Requirements
- Previous high-volume restaurant management experience
- Familiarity with Windows/Office and POS systems (Aloha, OLO, Compeat Radar)
- Leadership ability to stay cool under pressure
- Flexibility to work a 55-hour week, including weekends and holidays
- Valid Driver’s License, food safety/alcohol certifications
