Production Lead

Oregon Ice Cream is looking for a Production Lead to ensure a safe and secure working environment in compliance with all safety, sanitary, and processing regulations. The Production Lead will implement processes to improve productivity, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet profitability objectives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a food manufacturing facility
• 1 year experience leading a team or equivalent leadership training
• Communication skills
• Ability to multi-task while remaining clam and working effectively under pressure
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using units of weight and volume measurements
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple priorities
