Job Description
We are looking for a Production Lead III that oversees all aspects of the production line and support areas. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that requires achieving extraordinary results and having stimulating work experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related experience and/or training
- SK Food Group fundamentals: Principles, Mission, Counseling process, Attendance and Basic benefits
- Good knowledge of components and product line
- Basic understanding of box erector (Pearson)
- Ability to operate the over wrapper at a Tech II level
- Ability to handle multiple lines
- Ability to coach and motivate others
- Ability to make decisions in the supervisor's absence
- Strong communication and organization skills
