Director, Technology-Operations & Manufacturing

The Director of Technology – Operations & Manufacturing is a global leadership role responsible for defining and delivering the technology strategy that powers our worldwide manufacturing and operations ecosystem. This leader oversees the product delivery and lifecycle of core enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, including 5+ years in a global leadership role overseeing operations or manufacturing systems
• Deep experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA, especially modules supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and order management
• Strong understanding of global business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, SIOP, and manufacturing operations)
• Proven success leading global teams and delivering scalable enterprise solutions across multiple geographies
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior business leaders and translate business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps
• Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills in complex, matrixed environments
