VP, Global Technology (Hybrid)

As the VP, Global Technology for a dynamic, private equity-owned manufacturing enterprise, you will be the architect of digital transformation - championing a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and continuous improvement. You will lead the evolution of business information systems, leveraging emerging technologies and agile methodologies to drive competitive advantage and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in information systems, with a track record of driving innovation and managing complex projects
• Proven success managing diverse teams – managers, analysts, programmers and support staff
• Exceptional business acumen and communication skills - effective written and verbal communication skills; able to express oneself clearly and in technical and non-technical terms
• Deep understanding of manufacturing technologies and deployment methodologies
• Collaborative and effective team player and able to work with teams who are globally dispersed
