Senior Associate, Capital Markets

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Capital Markets department as a Senior Associate. The role will play a pivotal role in the Capital Markets function, acting as the deal-manager for our M&A and financing transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, STEM, or comparable path of study
• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, project finance, development, or tax equity
• Transaction experience, with prior leadership roles preferred
• Sector experience in power and utilities, infrastructure, or oil and gas strongly preferred
