Director, IT Integration & Data Architecture

Orgain is seeking a Director, IT Integration & Data Architecture to lead the end-to-end design, delivery, governance, and modernization of its enterprise integration ecosystem and data architecture.

Requirements

• Define, build, and govern enterprise application portfolio integrations
• Own the enterprise data platform architecture and drive modernization initiatives
• Lead enterprise-wide IT programs and digital supply chain and data platform initiatives
• Implement metadata, lineage, catalog, and data governance frameworks
• Establish master/reference data management foundations
• Direct partner and vendor delivery and set standards for quality and documentation
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to ensure data models are ready for consumption
• Lead complex multi-workstream technology delivery initiatives and maintain integration service catalog and blueprint
• Design durable standard models and schemas optimized for analytics and operational reporting
• Implement data quality management processes and define versioning and release/change management standards
• Set individual goals for improving and expanding on everyday job functions and the greater social and environmental aspects of your work
• Adhere to Orgain's environmental policies and be an active member in enhancing Orgain's social and environmental impact
• Coach/lead and provide interpersonal relationship development for all direct reports
