Job Description
We are looking for a Director, EMEA Regional Marketing to define, drive, and execute the overall marketing strategy and plan for the entire EMEA region. This is a full-time, hybrid role that requires being in our Berlin office 3 days per week. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in regional, field, events, and Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution, as well as 6+ years of Supervisory/Leadership experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in regional, field, events, and Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution
- 6+ years of Supervisory/Leadership experience
- Deep understanding of market nuances and competitive dynamics across EMEA
- Extensive experience in building and executing effective regional GTM strategies
- Track record of overachieving marketing pipeline metrics and regional targets
- Experience leveraging AI to scale marketing reach and efficiency
- Success in hiring, developing, and leading high-performing regional marketing teams
