The Associate Director, Brand Manager - Women's Health will drive the integrated marketing strategy and go-to-market approach within key parts of Organon's Women's Health portfolio in Asia Pacific Cluster. The role combines strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and cross-functional influence to shape Organon’s next chapter of growth.

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s Degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
