Senior Specialist - SHES

Requirements

• Ensure site compliance with relevant safety legislation, regulatory obligations, and Orica SHES standards
• Drive the implementation and embedment of Orica's SHES Management Systems
• Coach and support leaders in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action management
• Identify current and emerging safety risks and support the site to implement effective preventive and mitigating controls
• Lead and deliver safety improvement initiatives and assigned projects across the Yarwun site
• Engage with regulators, industry groups and the local community to support strong stakeholder relationships
