Job Description
The Specialist â SHES role is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity based in Limay, Bataan, offering the chance to play a key role in strengthening safety, health, environment, and sustainability outcomes within a global organization.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 3â7 years SHES experience in manufacturing, chemicals, mining, or heavy industry
- Solid knowledge of Philippine SHES legislation, compliance, and regulatory engagement
- Experience in risk management, incident investigation, and SHES system implementation
- Strong communication and stakeholderâinfluencing skills across site and regional team
