Job Description
Orica is seeking an experienced SHES Specialist to join their team in Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kazakhstan. The role involves implementing and executing SHES programs and processes, monitoring compliance with KZ legislation and regulatory requirements, and delivering SHES training sessions.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
- Practical experience in SHES management, preferably in manufacturing, mining, or heavy industry
- Experience working under KZ regulations, including knowledge of major accident prevention, emergency planning, and safety management systems
- Strong knowledge of KZ safety and environmental regulations
- Experience in risk management and security systems
- Fluency in English
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
