Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for daily staffing and scheduling of production and packaging rooms, ensuring safe and efficient production of food products.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Supervisory Management, Manufacturing, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience supervising a production workforce, preferably in a food company
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful and emotional situations
- Knowledge of production equipment design and computer programs (e.g. Word, Excel)
- HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practice knowledge
