Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for daily staffing, ensuring safe production processes, and implementing training programs for employees.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Supervisory Management, Manufacturing, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 3 years' experience supervising a production workforce, with food companies, and ideally a cheese company
• Ornua Competencies: lead and direct others, handle stressful situations, manage resources, provide effective leadership, work independently, and handle multiple projects
