Senior Director, Market Insights & Analytics

Ornua, a purpose-driven co-operative, is seeking a Senior Director of Market Insights & Analytics to lead a high-performing team and drive growth through data-driven decision-making. The role will involve building next-gen measurement tools, modernizing reporting, and leading forecasting and modeling. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Insights, Analytics, Consumer Research, or Strategy, with strong expertise in syndicated data, measurement frameworks, and forecasting models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data science or related field of study
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across Insights, Analytics, Consumer Research, or Strategy
• Proven experience leading teams and developing talent at a manager/director level
• Significant hands-on expertise with syndicated data, measurement frameworks, forecasting models, and qual/quant methodologies
