Coding Department Supervisor

The Coding Department Supervisor assists with the oversight of daily operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and supporting patient-centered care. Responsibilities include code entry, auditing, and leading a team to achieve departmental goals, maintain compliance, and improve processes. The role involves education, performance evaluation, and participation in department initiatives.
