Job Description
The Orthodox Union's Jewish Learning Initiative on Campus (OU-JLIC) is seeking a Development Officer for National Initiatives to join its growing national development team. The role involves developing a new donor pipeline and cultivating new funding partners across North America and Israel. This is a remote position with flexibility and travel required as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of successful fundraising or major gifts experience
- An entrepreneurial, self-starting approach to development
- Deep knowledge of the Jewish communal landscape, especially within the Modern Orthodox context
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and strategic thinking skills
- Eagerness to learn from senior leadership and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative, mission-driven team
