Job Description
Jewish Union Foundation (JUF) is seeking dedicated staff members to provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a day program setting. DSPs will provide one-on-one and group coaching, monitor goals, and ensure accurate paperwork completion. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work with individuals with varying capabilities.
Requirements
- Working one-on-one with individuals as well as leading group sessions
- Monitoring individuals’ goals and progress
- Providing social skills training in individual and group settings
- Ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Creating and implementing group activities
