Physical Therapist

OrthoIllinois is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for directing and carrying out individualized programs of physical therapy, including assessment of impairment, developing and implementing a plan of care, providing education to patients/families/caregivers, and communication to maximize patient progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Physical Therapy, or Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Licensed in PT in the state of Illinois
• Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suites
• Familiarity with EMR and Physical Rehabilitation software
