Handle customer inquiries, provide product knowledge, and perform administrative tasks in a call centre environment.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience working in an international call centre environment
- 12 months previous experience working within the financial services industry
- SSLC qualification
- PUC qualification
- Graduation in commerce stream
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
