Technology Director, OSB India

The Technology Director, OSB India is accountable for delivering secure, resilient, and high‐performing technology services and capabilities across the Group, operated through OSBI. The role ensures core technology platforms are fit for purpose, scalable, and fully aligned with Group architecture, service standards, and regulatory expectations.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or equivalent)
• Familiarity with big tech and fintech platforms
• Solid grounding in enterprise architecture, technology risk, compliance frameworks, and security standards
• Understanding of global capability center (GCC) models, technology operating models, and global delivery structures
• Strong familiarity with budgeting, cost optimization strategies, demand planning, and financial governance processes within large organizations
• Extensive experience leading large‐scale transformation programmes
• Track record of embedding best‐practice engineering methods, agile delivery, DevOps, and continuous improvement
• Strong history of leading technology teams across multiple locations
• Experience mentoring and coaching engineers, chapter leads, and leaders to uplift engineering standards and technical excellence
• Hands‐on experience overseeing managed service providers, outsourced vendors, and multi‐supplier eco‐systems
• Experience ensuring vendor alignment to security, architectural, and compliance standards
• Demonstrated experience in managing financial budgets, optimizing spending, and aligning to enterprise financial governance
