Job Description
Join Russell Investments as a Director, Head of Infrastructure in Mumbai, India. Reporting to the Global Head of Infrastructure, this role will oversee the delivery, reliability, and modernization of the firm’s infrastructure in Mumbai. The successful candidate will have 15+ years of IT infrastructure experience and strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, virtualization, and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of IT infrastructure experience
- 5+ years in leadership roles managing regional or large-scale teams
- Experience leading offshore or shared service delivery teams
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments
- Virtualization (VMware) and Enterprise Networking (Cisco, Palo Alto)
- Automation & DevOps tools (Terraform, Kubernetes, GitLab)
- Proven experience in regulated industries, preferably financial services
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and audit frameworks including India-specific requirements
