Lead Infrastructure Operations & Services

Nomura Services India, a global financial services group, is seeking a dynamic Associate to join its CTO Services Governance team in Powai, Mumbai. The role requires a proactive individual with 7-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and/or IT Service Management to drive service management maturity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure and/or IT Service Management
• Proven track record in ITSM process implementation and governance
• Experience working in global, distributed team environments
• Background in financial services or regulated industry environments (preferred)
• Flexibility to work in 3 shifts covering 7 AM to 11 PM IST to support global operations
• Willingness to participate in weekend coverage, occasionally, as needed
