Lead Infrastructure Operations & Services

Nomura is seeking a dynamic Associate to join our CTO Services Governance team at our Powai, Mumbai office. The role requires 7-10 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure and/or IT Service Management, with a strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles. The successful candidate will work closely with distributed teams across Japan, India, EMEA, and Americas to drive service management maturity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure and/or IT Service Management
• Proven track record in ITSM process implementation and governance
• Experience working in global, distributed team environments
• Background in financial services or regulated industry environments (preferred)
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles
• Change, incident, and problem management processes
• Experience with service management tools (ServiceNow, or similar platforms)
• Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and event management tools
• Understanding of access management and security governance principles
