Job Description
Nomura is seeking a dynamic Associate to join its CTO Services Governance team at the Powai, Mumbai office to ensure operational excellence across global infrastructure services. The successful candidate will work closely with distributed teams to drive service management maturity and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure and/or IT Service Management
- Proven track record in ITSM process implementation and governance
- Experience working in global, distributed team environments
- Background in financial services or regulated industry environments (preferred)
- Flexible to work in 3 shifts covering 7 AM to 11 PM IST to support global operations
