Associate Director, ICHRA Product & Network Strategy

We're hiring an Associate Director to join our Growth Strategy team. The Associate Director will define the strategic vision and oversee the complete lifecycle of the ICHRA product portfolio and network offerings.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, and or related field
• 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors
• 3+ years project planning experience
