Job Description
We're hiring a Director, ICHRA Business Operations & Strategy to join our Growth Strategy team. As a Director, you will be responsible for evolving the foundational infrastructure of the business unit, building a strategic roadmap, and amplifying the leverage of the General Manager to achieve our ambitious ICHRA growth objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, and or related field
- 4+ years of experience managing individual contributors
- 3+ years project planning experience
