Job Description
We're hiring an Associate, Individual and Family Plan Insurance Solutions to join our Insurance Product Development team at Oscar. As an Associate, you will support end to end product strategy, research, and delivery across Oscar’s Individual & Family (IFP) and employer-subsidized solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience developing and managing commercial insurance products.
- Travel up to 25% of the time.
- BS/BA degree in a quantitative or healthcare field or equivalent years of experience.
- Proven analytical experience with the analytical skills to translate hard data into insight and action.
- Prior experience in Health Insurance (Individual and/or Small Employer) and/or Healthcare industry.
